Keeping the stress away is about what you do each day. Those small habits that you may forget about or neglect that when added up make a huge difference.
Now that I have been getting busier I have been feeling more stress on me. I will share the advice I told myself with you.
Climb rocks not mountains.
Keep what you have to do on a small scale. Its easy to get a job done inch by inch. A mountain in easier to climb looking at one rock at a time and not the entire mountain.
Set clear boundaries for yourself-
I get more done when not everything is about being productive. And life, does become more enjoyable too. Ways to set boundaries for your day and week are:
Make a to- do- list -
Use your mind for better things than remembering what to do. I live by my planner now but it gets to be the crazy one not me.
One thing at a time.
You’ll get better results and feel better and less stressed if you do just one thing at a time and do it mindful.
